Cleanliness of the room.
Staff behaviour was good at start later it was bad, AC remote had problems, couldn’t take shower because geysers was off.

Everything. There’s nothing to not love about this place. I come here every year since millennium. New manager Gaurav came in seemless transaction. Still the warm welcome and feels like second home 🙏

Booked executive suite and AC was leaking. Told the staff and was told it will leak. Room was outdated. Wanted to extend but checked out and booked another hotel nearby for cheaper and better room.
