The location was excellent, and the hotel was clean and beautiful.
Our Auschwitz tour pick-up was at 6:10 am the next morning, so we couldn't have breakfast. However, the staff kindly prepared sandwiches and fruit for us to take away. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious!
We stayed in three different hotels during our three nights in Kraków, and this was the best one.
I was also very pleased with how quickly they responded to my email enquiry. The man who welcomed us at check-in was exceptionally friendly and provided outstanding service.
My husband and son didn't find the beds comfortable.

Really lovely property, very spacious apartment which was cosy and homelike. Staff were lovely too! Can’t fault it. Location 10/10.

It was actually very noisy on the street and we have problem falling asleep due to the noise. I was also expected air-con was available but obviously it wasn’t!
Noice level very bad.
