The location and the hygiene.
The eating area and the reception area which are stuck on the 1st floor in a quite small area next to the rooms. Feels too stuffy.

The area was nice and safe, especially as a solo female traveller. Lots of restaurants and breakfast spots nearby. There is a metro station nearby, which is like 5 mins walk away, maybe even less.
The staff there are very nice. I was a bit worried because I didn't know how to lock the door in the bedroom. One of the staff came and helped me, and I felt way safer. The doors have no lock, but once you close them, you need a key card to get in.
The rooms are clean.
You need a code to get into the hotel building which makes it more secure.
I specifically asked for no room service, as I don't like when people are in my room when I'm not there. The first day they listened to this; however, on the 2nd day I came back, and it was clear room service had been in thTere. For someone who wants room service, they did a great job. But since I didn't want room service, I wasn't so happy.
