This two story house was perfect for our family of 9 (5 adults, 4 children). The rooms were very large and there were lots of spaces to congregate together or be in small groups or alone. The kitchen was big with all the appliances (large and small) and cooking utensils you'd ever need. The large master and HUGE master bath (with an incredible amount of counter space) were on the ground floor which was perfect for the grandparents. The kids really loved the pool table and large TV area upstairs.It's in a nice wooded area which is a short walk to town (downhill going; uphill coming back) and was near most of the activities you'd want to do. Our kids enjoyed the rec center and activities on top of the mountain, shopping and fishing nearby.VRBO should take down several old (and somewhat negative) reviews of a property these owners used to own since the reviews references this property being 4 stories, etc. It's very confusing since the reviews appear to reference the property we rented but they do not.We've been renting through vrbo for over a decade and this house was one of the best we've stayed in. Easy communication with the owners and very quick responses for two minor issues we encountered.We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home,no surprises!…. Allowed our family of 8 all the room and accomodations required for a wonderful station to work from as we enjoyed the sights and sounds of Breckenridge!Highly recommended!and the moose visits were an unanticipated added delight!
