The only positive aspect was the location, which was convenient and close to restaurants and the beach. Unfortunately, the many problems we experienced greatly affected our stay but the stuff is nice and they late me extended the last day for a later check out.
The room was not properly cleaned, but the most serious problems were having no running water for half a day and the faulty corridor access system. I was unable to access the corridor on the 18th floor to get into my room and had to wait about 40 minutes before the staff finally open it. This also raised a serious safety concern, as such a malfunction could have had severe consequences in an emergency such as a fire.

Nice location, tall ceilings, very clean, comfy bed, good views and helpful staff
Our sink was blocked so we ended up changing rooms - since it is not a hotel, there were no service staff on site. Bathrooms were pretty poor - the water from the shower lands on the floor and the floor slopes away from the shower so that the floor gets very wet. The water soaked into the door over months/years so the door wouldn't fully open since it was swollen due to water damage - in two different rooms so it seems a common problem in the units. The shower cabinets also had water damage in 2 different rooms. The shower head on the ceiling was clogged in several areas. Our sink was blocked so we ended up changing rooms.
Also, this is not a hotel! It is a small bedsit apartment with some basic amenities but not hotel services & amenities - for instance, there is no full-time front desk, room service etc
