Smoking is only permitted on the balcony in accordance with Laketown Wharf guidelines.

• Do not take bath towels or sheets to the beach.
• Never open the balcony doors while the front door is open.
Strong winds can cause doors to slam shut and create a safety hazard.
• Do not leave balcony doors open for more than a minute or two.
This allows humidity inside, overworks the A/C system, and can lead to mold growth.

Safety & Security
For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with an outdoor Ring security camera at the front entry (no interior cameras). Tampering with security equipment will result in immediate eviction.
