A charming apartment of about 80 square meters, tastefully and creatively renovated, just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican Museums, and only 30 meters from the metro station. It features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a spacious bathroom, and a kitchen.
The space
“Casa Barley” is a charming and cozy apartment where you’ll feel right at home in the heart of Rome. It is located in the Vatican area, in the very central Prati district, just a short walk from the colonnade of St. Peter’s Square, the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant’Angelo, the Santa Cecilia Auditorium, and the city’s oldest historic center.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building dating back to the early 20th century. Renovated in 2008 with particular attention to detail and a touch of originality, it has been tastefully furnished and consists of an entryway, living/dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower stall, a fully equipped kitchen, and a storage closet, for a total of approximately 80 square meters. The two bedrooms are furnished with 180x200 double beds (one of which can be converted into a twin room with two single beds), and the living room features a comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with every amenity, including a washing machine, microwave, stereo system, LCD TV, satellite decoder, free Wi-Fi, independent heating, hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. All the windows in the house are double-glazed; the living room and the two bedrooms face directly onto the street, while the kitchen and bathroom windows overlook the charming inner courtyard filled with plants and trees.

This quiet apartment was an oasis on a busy street, in a busy neighborhood. It was spacious and clean, and so convenient to many restaurants, stores, and only steps away from the Metro! So easy to walk to the Vatican or take Metro to many sites in Rome!
