Great location, The owner is very kind and chatty, the living area makes up for the rooms.
Checking in was painful, the entrance has a pin to unlock which I wasn't given. So I stood outside in the rain for 45mins even though I messaged before to say arrival time and messaged while standing outside to ask can I be let in. Eventually another guest exited so I dropped my bag off, but it wasn't a good start. The rooms are basic, and I know it's supply and demand but they're overpriced too. Also didn't like Gyeongju either, overcrowded and the attractions are meh, would advise others to think about skipping the city.

The room was cozy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and even had a dedicated shower area (although no shower curtain etc). The common area was really nice and the hosts were very friendly. There is a dedicated storage area for your luggage which you can use before and after check-in/out; very convenient. The hotel is located close to the bus terminal and local bus stops as well as some of the main royal tombs.
The price seemed a bit high but this might have been also due to the fact that I visited over a busy weekend.

This place was really clean and near the sights. It was easy to catch a taxi and also walk to most of the sights in Gyeongju. The price wasn’t bad considering the area it’s in.
