Beautiful apartment equipped with everything needed, kitchen supplies, laundry, great quality bedding, lovely balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning. Steps away from many dining choices. Close to Ponte Vecchio. Host very responsive.
All good.

It was spacious and in a great location
The app to get in didn’t always work and it took time to get in to the appartments each time

If you don't have 3 or 4g on your phone, then you are unable to enter the property if you arrive when the offices are closed. After an hour of trying to find reception on our phones, we finally were able to enter.
Dishwasher was still full of uncleaned plates, Shower had split and didn't hang from wall. No lock on bathroom
