About this house rental
A very quiet and exceptionally centrally located vacation townhouse in Zingst!
Only about 100 m from the pedestrian zone and just about 350 m from the central beach and pier.
Local amenities (bakery, supermarket, various shops, bike rental, cafés, restaurants, lodging agency) are located in the immediate vicinity.
Everything is within easy walking distance, usually less than 5 minutes away.
However, the immediate surroundings of the vacation home consist exclusively of residential buildings.
The property is in excellent condition with modern furnishings.
The interior design was created by architects. The home features a living room and 4 additional bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 queen-size bed, 2 sets of twin beds).
Please note, however, that the property is limited to a maximum of 7 guests.
High-quality kitchen appliances, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a washing machine for free use are, of course, included.
The bathroom and guest restroom have been newly renovated.
