My stay at Sivota Deamaris Luxury Boutique Hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel combines elegant design, attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere, creating a sense of comfort that makes a real difference, especially when travelling for business.
What stood out was the overall feeling of quality and care. After a busy day of work and meetings, it was wonderful to return to a place that offered such a pleasant and relaxing environment. The hotel’s boutique character adds to its charm, while its setting in beautiful Sivota makes the experience even more special.
A successful business trip is not only about the work itself, but also about having a comfortable and welcoming place to return to at the end of the day. Sivota Deamaris made that part of the experience just as enjoyable.
I would gladly choose this hotel again on a future visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and comfortable stay in Sivota, whether travelling for business or leisure.

A wonderful hotel with breathtaking views! Our room was clean, spacious, and came with a private pool, although unfortunately the water was too cold to enjoy it in early October.
The private beach, with sunbeds under olive trees, was truly one of the highlights of our stay.
Breakfast was delicious and served on a beautiful terrace by rather melancholic young lady, who seemed to be having very tough days :)
And for those who appreciate peace and quiet, the adults-only atmosphere was a real bonus — no children screaming around, just pure relaxation.
It would be great to have a beach bar offering drinks and light snacks, which would make the hotel experience even better.
The sliding door in the kitchen was quite annoying and felt unnecessary- removing it would make the space much more comfortable to use. :)
There was a noticeable smell of mold coming from the shower.

Clean and modern
Far too many steps. Impractical breakfast area and one member of staff rushed off her feet
