The location was right in the middle of the old part of town, where the pedestrian walkway and all the restaurants are. Very convenient. The hosts were friendly. The room was simple, but had everything we needed. Good shower. We left super early, so didn't try breakfast.
Yes, there is music playing right outside in the late evening (10pm - 12am), as was mentioned in other reviews. This didn't bother us at all, but if you are someone who has trouble sleeping if there is noise, then this could be hard for you.

Excellent location. Room was clean and comfortable. The main highlight was the hospitality of Nicola and his brother. They made me a coffee every morning, provided a bike and did washing free of charge. Also helped with any questions I had. I had initially planned to stay 1 night but extended to 3

Great location and great value and the owners were so kind and friendly. They gave us some espresso and cakes to takeaway when we had a 7:30am bus. They also let you leave your luggage free of charge if you’re doing the Valbona to Theth hike so that was super helpful.
Only thing to be mindful of is that you can be above a bar and there is noise in the bathroom if the windows are open but once it’s closed we couldn’t hear anything
