The location and also the apartment was suitable and would have received a better review had the cooking utilities functioned on arrival.
On arrival on a Wednesday afternoon we had to telephone the adminsitration agency that the WiFi name that was listed in their welcome book of rules didn't exist in the network list and they then suggested using the name and the password printed on the rear of the router which did function. Ok this was quickly resolved. We had decided to rent this apartment instead of a hotel because cooking utilities were stated in the booking.com reservation area and we also like to eat in and cook as well as eat out. The microwave didn't work, also the oven didn't work. We had also had purchased coffee capsukes for the coffee machine but this was also broken. We telephoned the agency and they said that someone would come at 10:00 on Thursday. The technician failed to arrive at this time and later we received a text that the technician would arrive at 14:00, this he did and confirmed that the above utilities were in need of replacement. He said he would then return by 16:00 with replacements, but in fact he turned up at 19:00 with a microwave that had a grill option. The coffee machine would be brought to us on the Friday morning, but no he didn't arrive on Friday morning so we stayed local to the apartment most of the Friday awaiting some call that he would arrive with a new/replacement coffee machine. There was no contact from the technician or the renting agency on the Friday and I also had sent text messages to the agency for which I received no reply. On Saturday morning I sent another text message to the agency because we were running out of patience and were wasting so much time of our holiday staying local to the apartment in case the tech arrived, that I stated we would write a complaint about the service being provided and would have demanded the complaints book. The agency then reacted and replied that they were going out to purchase a replacement coffee machine and deliver it to us that day, They delivered the new coffee machine on Saturday...
