Air-conditioned apartment for 4 people with Terrace/Swimming pools/Secure parking included. Located in a holiday village, without a car, you have all amenities on site, within walking distance to spend a serene holiday.
The apartment consists of a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, with open kitchen and space (10 m2), not overlooked, with a view of the golf course and the Esterel Massif.
The terrace allows you to take all your meals outside (1 table, 4 chairs, a parasol, a multifunction armchair) are at your disposal. The living room is also equipped with a dining area (table, 3 chairs, a stool). The sleeping area, composed of 2 bunk beds, is independent and separate from the living room (door). Apartment and terrace area 34m² approximately. Location : 2nd and last floor
In your rental, you will have: television, paid Wi-Fi access. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, micro, designer refrigerator with freezer, hob, 4 kg washing machine. Outdoor equipment: 1 table with 4 chairs and 1 multifunction chair, parasol.

Un studio très bien équipé ,literie de qualité ,une vue imprenable sur le golf et le massif de l esterel .
Accès à 15 min de superbes calanques où vous pouvez voir en masque et tuba des étoiles de mer !
Accès aux piscines et à la plage à pieds .
Le seul bémol étant qu’il n’y a pas de place de parking réservée et qu’il faut ajouter le parking au prix de la location.
Les propriétaires ont été très à l écoute et flexible sur les horaires de départ et d arrivée et c est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos filles de 5 et 9 ans .
