The host was very supportive during a hectic moment for many Newark Airport travelers delayed during a Air Traffic Control communication shutdown. She was accomodating to my needs re: flexible travel arrangements. The facility wasnt a 4 or 5 star facility but the staff made up for that in support and service.
I can truly say that I can't complain about anything as I needed their support and was happy that they provided it.
