About this apartment rental
First-floor apartment in a detached building, fully renovated in January 2013 and equipped with every comfort, including Wi-Fi. A blend of simplicity and elegance. Ideal for a minimum of 4 people or a large family, this pleasant home is perfect for groups of friends and can accommodate 4 to 8 people in standard beds, plus 2 more people on single beds in the attic.
4 bedrooms: three double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into two single beds (and one of which has a double bed plus a futon), and one single bedroom with a queen-size bed.
MINIMUM 4 people (2 double bedrooms), maximum 10 people (with 2 single beds in the attic). Spacious apartment in a central yet quiet area near the train station. Vaporetto stop 50 meters from the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen—sheets, towels, and a selection of pillows. Wi-Fi. For double rooms used as singles, please inquire before booking. The apartment has been recently sanitized and disinfected to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

A small kitchen with a sink, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes, glasses, cups, etc. In the pantry, we’ve stocked fresh fruit, cookies, brioche, and fruit juices for you.
Our apartment is very close to the routes most tourists take but is situated in a very quiet spot in the heart of Venice. Located off the beaten path yet strategically situated in Venice’s historic center, it’s 5 minutes from the traditional market and the Ponte degli Scalzi, 10 minutes from Piazzale Roma (parking) and the Santa Lucia Train Station, and 2 minutes from the “Crea” vaporetto stop.
Easy to reach: a 10-minute walk from the S. Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma, and 100 meters from the “Crea” vaporetto stop, which will conveniently connect you to the entire city.
Ideal for museum lovers (the city offers a vast array of exhibitions, such as the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Cà Pesaro, and the Correr Museum) and for visitors to the Venice Biennale. Trips to the islands of the lagoon are also lovely: Murano for its glassmaking and Burano, famous for its lace.
We’ll meet our guests at the vaporetto stop to personally escort them to the apartment.
How to get from Marco Polo Airport to the center of Venice: Those arriving at Marco Polo Airport can reach the city center by bus, taxi, or car.
Car rental at the airport: Those renting a car can reach the center via State Route SS14 toward Padua, which then merges with State Route SS11.
Bus: You can take the scheduled buses that go to the Venice-Santa Lucia and Mestre-Venice train stations.

The apartment worked very well for us and our large group. It was in a great location close to the train station and in a quiet neighborhood. A few items to note: the loft is open to the two bedrooms below, so noise can carry between the three areas easily. We made the mistake of using the dishwasher once and it kept blowing a fuse, I do not recommend it. The air conditioners worked extremely well which was essential for us as we were there during the heat wave. There are narrow stairs to climb up to the apartment, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

The place is pretty big by Venice standards. It's in a quiet neighborhood but just a few minute walk to the action. There is 1 nice size private bedroom on the first floor without air conditioning and 1 smaller private bedroom on the 2nd floor, also without a/c. The 2nd floor has 2 addtl rooms plus an attic that are open to each other. When all a/c are running in the bedrooms it brings down the temp to about 75°F. Not sure how well the a/c works on the main floor bec it was out of service during our stay (although Giovanna tried hard to make it work). The apartment is nicely furnished Venetian style. Kitchen/fridge is small but that wasn't a problem because we didn't cook anything. The water pressure is low but I guess that's the way it is in Venice. Overall nice place if they can improve the a/c.
