You can communicate in both Russian and English; we used Russian. The receptionist was friendly; clean and spacious rooms :-)
The location is close to the city center - just a few minutes away by car.
Breakfast was standard - a bit formulaic, but it was fine.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and always willing to assist with resolving any issues. I would especially like to mention the manager, who was very helpful with the booking arrangements, and Maia, the receptionist, for her excellent assistance.
Use of the swimming pool is subject to an additional charge, which I found quite expensive.

Nice hotel, but very poor breakfast. It's the first time that there is not included coffee or coffee machine at breakfast.
breakfast is just a disappointment
