Disappointing in so many levels

The location was close to downtown but not busy. The apartment itself was basic.

We checked in at night. The property was given to us “clean” however after waking up we realized it was dirty and below normal cleaning standards. The refrigerator was dirty, the glasses had stains, the floors had hair and stains, the walls were stained with previous bugs killed. Literally smashed on the wall, legs still stuck! I had to clean the place before we could use it. Also, they only provided 3 bath towels for 3 people, that were very old towels. We were there a whole week, there is no laundry so we had to use the same old towels for a whole week. The balcony door wouldn’t shut, they came to fix it the next day but we’re unsuccessful so they tape it up. That was the solution. The pool was not available for the first 4 days we were there. The main reason for us renting this place was due to location and having a pool. When asked they told us they couldn’t control what the building was doing. The communication was horrible, I had to initiate all the communication from the booking to finding out where to throw away the trash, etc. Finally upon checking in, they asked me to pay for the reservation in cash. I told them I had reserved it using my credit card. They told me they couldn’t process a credit card payment and they would only accept cash or bank transfer. We had limited cash and we had to use it all to pay. None of this was communicated in advance! These are not serious people.

Dpto funcional para tramites

El departamento tiene una buena distribución y es cómodo. El baño muy amplio y moderno, la cocina pequeña pero muy funcional. La ubicación es práctica para ir al centro o acceder fácilmente a la zona sur de la ciudad.

La limpieza no estaba a la altura de mis espectativas y no pudimos regular la calefacción por lo que anduvo constantemente y por momentos hacía calor y abrimos las ventanas. Un completo desperdicio de energía. Devolver las llaver es muy incómodo e imposible si estás solo porque nos pidieron dejarlas en el dpto y no se puede abrir la pierta del edificio si alguien no la sostienen abierta.

No tiene desayuno. Colchón y almohadas a mejorar urgente!!!. Cochera con mala cerradura, descubierta. Zona de difícil estacionamiento para descenso de valijas. Es caro para el servicio.
