It was an apartment. Nice and big. It was clean.
Had to wait for the staff to show up when we arrived at 3:45. Others were also waiting. When I checked online, it said the apartment wasn’t ready.
When we were ready to get in one of the staff members went with us to hang the shower curtain. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly.

Staff were extremely friendly. The apartments are spacious and new.
The trend these days is lodging without direct contact with humans, and in this case it backfired. Short of breaking in and swiping some sheets from the supplies, there was no way to communicate any issues after 7 pm and thus get the linens we needed.
Check-in was cumbersome and confusing. I reserved our stay and submitted a credit card a month ago, but the process of paying on the day of arrival was tedious, involving downloading multiple apps and retyping in my card. I wonder if this property somehow is trying to subvert booking.com's normal pay procedure.
