Nothing ticked all our boxes
9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Lovely hotel with brilliant staff and facilities.
The location is a little far from the city but there is a brilliant bus service outside. Not much around the hotel.

We didn’t have breakfast as we met up with friends each morning in the old town. The bus service was excellent outside the hotel
We didn’t like the glass shower

The location for catching the bus into downtown San Sebastian
For a new hotel it is quickly become ‘warm’. The skirting board around the shower already broken and water damaged. The windows curtain isn’t blackout.
