This place is more beautiful than you see in pictures. The staff is exceptional, polite professional and very communicative. They gave hot freshly made snacks when we arrived and there was snacks available in the room free of charge. I haven’t seen such thoughtful service anywhere. I felt so taken care of. The location is quiet but has plenty of restaurants nearby. This was so much better than I expected. They accomodated all our requests, even a taxi to take us to Borobudur late at night. A big thank you to the team. We fell in love with Jogja and a big part of that was this stay.
Everything was fantastic.
