The property was spacious. I was initially worried because of several negative feedbacks, but I didn’t experience what it was posted by other visitors. The place was clean and as advertised. It was a bit further away from the center and tourist landmarks but I was here for work so it didn’t matter as much. I did enjoy the more quiet location away from the busy streets. There was several great local restaurants and cafes near by, especially an authentic 18-seats Sicilian restaurant which was absolutely the best meal we had. There was an extra toilet which made it convenient when you have more than one guest. The water was hot and the pressure was good, though there was a minor leakage but I didn’t find that troubling. The host was responsive and even gave recommendations on local dining when I asked. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.
Nothing much, but we did wish to have extra towels. There is only one dry towel per guest and if we had stayed longer it would be nice to have extras in case the only one we had was dirty. We used the laundry and couldn’t locate a drying rack to hang dry our clothes. More coffee pods were be nice, but not a big issue.

Spokojna lokalizacja jako duży plus, do centrum Uberem ok 15 min. Duży salon, duży taras, łazienka i dodatkowa oddzielna toaleta, duży plus!
Zmywarka nie działała. Wszystkie naczynia w kuchni były brudne, po zameldowaniu musiałyśmy pomyć wszystkie naczynia ręcznie. Informowaliśmy personel odpowiedzialny za lokal ale twierdzili że zmywarka działa. Tyle w temacie.
Ciepła woda - tylko na 15 min a potem trzeba czekać kilka godzin aż się nagrzeje. Nie miałyśmy informacji że tak to wygląda.
Pralka - podczas prania wyskakiwała z szafy.
Lodówka- długo nie otwierana, smród przy otwarciu.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The owner was a very kind and friendly person, always ready to help. She answered all our questions at any time and made us feel very welcome. They also changed the towels during our stay, which we really appreciated. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, in a great location. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

L’emplacement et la grandeur de l’appartement
L’appartement n’est pas bien entretenu. Mur sale, défraîchi aurait besoin de rénovations majeures. La terrasse n’a pas été lavé (mur et plancher) depuis longtemps. Ne correspond du tout pas à Luxury, tel que specifié dans le nom de l’établissement.
