About this house rental
This beautiful vacation home is located in the vacation village of Hagbügerl on the outskirts of Waldmünchen. The town center, with its many shopping options and restaurants, is a 15-minute walk away.
Hagbügerl—a vacation resort where you’ll feel right at home!
For younger guests, the resort features a lovely playground, a soccer field, and a barbecue area. A local inn entices visitors with delicious meals (for a fee).
The Type C Plus vacation home, built of wood, is a detached house for up to 8 people (approx. 100 square meters) with high-quality amenities such as a steam oven, fully automatic coffee machine,
whirlpool tub, and walk-in shower.
First floor: Living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, color TV, dining area for 8 people, kitchenette with electric stove (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and fully automatic coffee maker),
Bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room/toilet, storage room, access to the furnished terrace.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and another shower room/toilet.
This is a non-smoking house; we ask that you smoke only on the terrace.
Pets are not allowed in this house.
Meals: Self-catering
Breakfast or half-board available at our resort restaurant.
Included in the rental price:
Our guests have free and unlimited daily access (except on rest days and maintenance days) to the swimming area of the Aqua-Fit water park in Waldmünchen!
Use of the sauna area is available for guests aged 16 and older for an additional fee.
Recreational Activities:
There are numerous mountain bike tours and long-distance cycling trails for both ambitious athletes and leisurely explorers. Explore the beauty of this region in hiking boots, with Nordic walking poles, or in running shoes.
You can try something new with e-bikes—perfect for casual cyclists—or Segway tours.
The nearby “Erlebnisraum Perlsee” offers many interesting recreational activities. There you’ll find a beach with a lakeside restaurant and pedal boat rentals, a mini-golf course, a high ropes course, the “Räuberhöhle” playground, and much more.
Horseback riding lessons are available year-round at the Perlsee Riding School. Anglers can also pursue their passion on the lake.
The Waldmünchen vacation region also offers a varied children’s vacation program, with something great guaranteed for every child.
You can play golf to your heart’s content at the nearest golf courses (about 12 km or 16 km away), at the “Golfclub Furth im Wald” on the Voithenberg or at the “Golfclub Wutzschleife” in Hilstett.
In winter, you’ll find pure enjoyment in the beautiful natural surroundings. Sledding, curling, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing on up to 60 km of trails—most of which cross the border. Get to know and fall in love with our side of winter.
