The comfortable villa of 220 M2 is located in a quiet area, offers you a large living room, with equipped kitchen, terrace of 100m2 with private swimming pool heated to 28 °C (access from April 01 to the end of September); A second secure terrace on the roof terrace, with deckchairs. 5 spacious bedrooms, including a bedroom opening onto the first floor terrace, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
Terrace equipment: Barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, as well as a large table and chairs.

Wonderful spacious, modern house in great condition and spotlessly clean. Fabulous heated swimming pool with safety cover. Professional and friendly host. Great location. Highly recommended and we’ll be back.

The house is fabulous with plenty of space for the 8 adults in our party and plenty of parking for our 3 cars. The kitchen had all the equipment we expected and the TV etc worked well. The pool is not huge but is big enough to cool off in and being heated to 29 degrees is warm enough to enable a lot of time in it. There is plenty of seating and loungers around the pool too as well as pool games.The house is well located being walking distance from Sables D'Or Les Pins and it's long sandy beach, surf school etc. and a 5 minute drive from local supermarkets like Super U.Severine was very responsive to any questions we had and provided instructions to access the property before meeting us there to take us through everything we needed to know.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

This was a fantastic holiday villa and the vacation was absolutely smashing! The host couldn’t have been more helpful, the villa was very clean, was kitted out exceptionally with all the appliances working perfectly. There was more than enough grocery and cutlery and there were enough areas within the property for us to all hang out without getting in each others way. There is a small town within 10mins walk which also has an enormous but quiet beach. There are many trails for bikes and walking. There is a great supermarket a 7min drive away. The host even gave us a lift to the train station, she was so kind! We had a perfect time and I can thoroughly recommend this villa.

Excellent for all of our needs ages ranging from 0-70. Large equipment provided for 3 babies so we didn’t have to travel with it. Indoor and outdoor spaces roomy for 8 adults and 3 high chairs. Severine made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely area for quiet walks to the seaside at Sable d’or or through the woods. It was my third visit to the property with two different groups.
