Apartment of 40 m2 on the 1st floor, in residence with private terrace 7m2 facing south, in the heart of Châtelaillon-Plage and near the beach.

Sheets and towels, dish towels, bath mats, gloves can be rented from a service provider
A sanitary kit, sheet and disposable pillowcases is at your disposal on arrival.
The accommodation consists of:
- A large bedroom with a 1.40 m double bed, a duvet or blanket, 2 pillows, mattress protector. (sheets not provided but mandatory), large wardrobes and storage
- A large living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a TV, WIFI, a DVD player;
- A fully equipped bathroom, shower, opening onto a second small terrace
- A kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hood, a table, chairs, dining facilities for 4 people (crockery and kitchen utensils), coffee maker, Krups espresso coffee maker, toaster, and storage.
- A terrace with parasol, chairs, table.
- Parquet flooring, cupboards, digicode.
- Baby cot and child seat loaned free of charge during the stay (on request)
Well-behaved dogs or cats are accepted with the agreement of the owner as the terrace is fully enclosed
