Waardeloos

Het enige dat beviel aan de locatie was de ligging en het uitzicht. De accomodatie zelf was vreselijk slecht.

Alles: schimmel door het gehele appartement heen (zelfs buiten), kapotte spullen, nauwelijks mogelijkheid tot ventilatie, ongedierte en onmogelijk om hier te slapen.

Die Hellhörigkeit hat gelegentlich gestört. Nachts das Husten der Gäste in der darunter liegenden Wohnung zu hören, ist nicht so schön.

Pour nous, PLUS JAMAIS LES EMBRUNS au Pouldu! La numérotation des emplacements de parking étant effacée, difficile de trouver le notre d'autant que le n°12 nous était attribué, mais une fois dans l'appartement un post it nous indiquait qu'il fallait prendre le n° 13. Difficile à trouver notre appartement N°5, car aucun numéro n'apparait sur les portes. Le palier extérieur devant la porte d'entrée était souillé d'un liquide gras. Les tasses à café et les bols étaient sales. La plaque de cuisson se mettait en défaut régulièrement (réactivation en coupant le compteur électrique à chaque fois). Impossible de regarder la télévision, l'image saute en permanence. La penderie était occupée par des couvertures posées en vrac et autres équipements, ce qui ne nous laissa que peu de place pour ranger nos vêtements. Les trois parois de la douche étaient en partie attaquées par des moisissures. Le plaid sur le sofa et le sofa lui même étaient plein de sable. La baie vitrée donnant sur la terrasse était coincée, une personne âgée n'aurait pas pu l'ouvrir. Le système d'enroulement de la marquise, attaquée par la rouille, a du mal à être relevé surtout en fin d'enroulement. La table extérieure sur la terrasse peut être changée. Nous avons immédiatement informé la personne au numéro indiqué (la femme de ménage) qui a dit en informer la Conciergerie (non pompeux pour le service de gestion locative). Malgré plusieurs rappels, nous n'avons jamais été contacté. Personne n'est venu nettoyer ou faire des constatations durant notre séjour. Je détiens toutes les photos concernant les carences évoquées.
