Great little place! I thought the price was a tad steep for just one night, but you can't beat the location. The backyard needs a little TLC and the coy pond is all dried up.

Wonderful, welcoming cozy home. Perfect for my needs for my dog’s surgery at CSU. Location close to the campus, restaurants, coffee shops. Neighborhood was very accommodating for myself and my dog. Home was very clean, everything was thoughtfully placed and exceeded my needs.

Loved the location of this property, and it had a super cute backyard. Really nice renovated cottage. Unfortunately 3 stars because the mattress was horrible I hardly slept, it had 2 large divots on each side. So while it was a great landing spot - I’m exhausted! Otherwise a wonderful rental.
