About this villa rental
A beautiful 130-square-meter villa located in Saint Augustin, 5 minutes from the beaches of St. Palais-sur-Mer and 10 minutes from La Palmyre. With its spacious rooms, all-on-one-level layout, 20 m² patio, and swimming pool, this villa with its Zen-inspired design is sure to charm you and provide happy moments with family or friends.
With its large floor-to-ceiling windows, this newly built, tastefully decorated villa is filled with natural light throughout. You enter the 68 m² living area, with a fully equipped kitchen on the right (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and kettle). A central island with a sink and induction cooktop offers ample storage on one side and a very inviting dining area on the other. Next, the Scandinavian-style dining room seats 8 guests and opens onto the patio, where you can dine on sunny days.
To the left, the living area opens onto the pool, surrounded by a wooden deck furnished with lounge chairs, outdoor armchairs, and a barbecue.
The sleeping area features three bedrooms. All three beds are 140. The master suite, featuring a 160-size bed, includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a separate toilet. A shower room and another separate toilet complete the layout.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
Linens are not included in the price but can be provided, and the beds can be made upon request. Duvets and pillows are available.
Beach and/or pool towels are available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The accommodations are not accessible to people with limited mobility.
Free parking spaces are available for guests all around the apartment. Please note: a blue zone parking system is in effect in downtown Royan during the summer from June 15 to September 30.
----PLEASE NOTE: Any arrival after 8:00 PM and before 10:00 PM will incur an additional charge of 30€ to be paid on site. From 10:00 PM to midnight, arrivals will incur an additional charge of 50€ to be paid on site. No check-outs before 6:00 AM.
From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, any check-out will incur an additional charge of 30€.
