This cozy apartment, measuring over 140 square meters, spans two floors and is located in the heart of the historic village center of Montescudaio. You enter the house through the private entrance at street level, and on the first floor there is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator (with a small freezer compartment), and a dishwasher. In the dining area, the long dining table with chairs offers space for the whole family.
An archway leads to a living room that is airy and cool in the summer and cozy in the winter, when you can enjoy the wood-burning stove. Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
French doors from the living room open onto the terrace nestled among the village rooftops. The terrace is sunny during the day and covered to maintain a pleasant temperature. At night, the terrace offers a fantastic vantage point to look out over the village and the sea and watch spectacular sunsets. There is an extendable outdoor table for 6 people, a large grill, and a small herb garden.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is very spacious, with a king-size bed and a daybed that can be used as a single bed or converted into a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The main bathroom features a separate shower, bathtub, and washing machine. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The windows are equipped with fly screens.
