You enter the apartment on the first floor through a separate entrance. Here you’ll find the entryway with a large closet. The adjacent bathroom is attractively designed and features a shower with a seated bathtub. Various toiletries, a hair dryer, and towels are, of course, provided for your use. The living area, with an armchair and a fireplace, invites you to linger. Relax by the fire and immerse yourself in the artistic decor—perhaps accompanied by a track from the hosts’ vinyl record collection. The kitchenette, complete with a table and seating, is fully equipped. Coffee lovers are sure to appreciate the high-quality fully automatic coffee machine. Coffee beans and a variety of teas are provided. You can reach the upstairs gallery via an open, designer staircase. Here you’ll find the sleeping area with a king-size bed, a couch with a TV, and a small library. Another couch, which can be converted into a queen-size bed if needed, is located right next to it. On the terrace, equipped with seating and a grill, you can enjoy the beautiful view of nature and the Chiemgau mountain range.
