after an 18hr travel day we were relieved that early check-in was allowed with no fee as first stated when we contacted them in advance. from beginning to end of our 2 day stay we were greeted by all staff with warmth and kindness. the pool was spotless and the deck was inviting. we stayed in an oceanfront 1 bedroom with a very spacious double corner balcony. the view was fab even though the ocean was across the "street" which is actually the main highway
due to being on the highway the road noise was unfortunate. in front of our balcony was the roundabout and many trucks, semis and beeping vehicles abound at all hours. so no ocean sounds to be had and made it uncomfortable to enjoy time spent on the balcony. of course this was beyond the property's control, just be prepared. for some, it may not be worth the added cost of getting the most expensive room.

staff was amazingly friendly. our oceanfront 1 bedroom was spacious, just needed a coffee maker. very relaxed environment
location :-) oceanfront but also on the main highway at a traffic circle so lots of traffic noise. drowned out the waves

The rooms were spacious and there was plenty hot water in the showers. Comfortable beds
Not enough bath towels! In each of our 2 rooms, 2 people had to share a towel for the 2 nights we were there. I approached housekeeping twice and at no time was told that there was a shortage of towels until we checked out. Very poor planning from management. Our electric cooktop was not working too so our breakfast prep almost went to waste.
