Roma Ostiense stay for days in Rome.

Convenience away from the main attractions. Local food and still close enough to the train and bus stop. Quick walk to main city attraction with in 30 minutes.

Nothing, everything was great.

Catastrophic Experience – False Advertising and Uninhabitable Conditions Do not be fooled by the listing photos or details. This is what happens when property management agencies exploit Booking.com’s system loopholes to completely misrepresent a place. Here is what you are actually paying for: * MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD (Missing CO Detector): A carbon monoxide detector is explicitly listed as an amenity—which was crucial for me, especially living right above an all-night bakery—but it does not exist. * HEALTH & SAFETY RISK (Dark, Extreme Heat Hallway): The hallway leading to the unit has no working lights, forcing you to navigate in pitch darkness until street lamps turn on an hour after nightfall. Worse, temperatures in the hallway exceed 40°C (104°F), creating a serious heat hazard and thermal shock when stepping out of the air-conditioned room. * IRRITATING & CONSTANT NOISE (Bakery Machinery & Street Noise): Directly below the apartment is an all-night bakery, generating incredibly irritating, continuous noises from industrial machinery throughout the night. Combined with zero window soundproofing, you hear every single word from people on the street alongside the relentless bakery noise. Sleep is virtually impossible. * FALSE ADVERTISING (Coffee Maker & Oven Missing): A coffee maker is explicitly listed as an amenity—a key requirement for my stay—along with an oven, but neither exists in the apartment. * False Views & Filthy Amenities: The listing claims a 'city view,' but you only get a view of trash piles right beneath the window. The washing machine looks like it hasn't been used in years, covered in a thick layer of dust. * Disgusting Bathroom: The bathroom condition is unacceptable. I cannot tell if it is severe mold, fungus, or something worse, but it is truly repulsive.

Excellent place, location and Great Host.

The apartment is gorgeous, well-cleaned and comfortable. My daughter was very happy with the retro theme. Matteo met us when we arrived, he was very attentive and kind, and gave us a wine bottle that we appreciated a lot because it helped us to relax after a long day.

Nothing, everything was really good.

We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment had a lot of unique touches. It was very comfortable and the air conditioning works well. We appreciated that as Rome was quite hot. Our host was very helpful.

The toilet takes several pushes to flush but once we figured that out it was fine. The neighborhood is not the nicest but once you figure out the bus schedule we managed to get into Rome pretty easily.

Tilava huoneisto erinomaisella sijainnilla Ostiensen aseman lähellä viehättävässä pihapiirissä. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö (joskin paistinpannuja voisi uusia), käytössä myös pesukone.

Parivuode on rakenteeltaan hiukan hutera ja reagoi nukkujien kääntyilyyn.
