Probably the best location I’ve ever lived in. The Florentine community vibe is something special. I’ve never felt so relaxed walking around, no matter the hour. The service is outstanding! Itzhak is extremely helpful with any request, and the atmosphere is very friendly. Every guest is treated with respect. The rooms and common areas are clean and very well maintained, and the restrooms are kept spotless 24/7. Highly recommend this place! 😊

The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. I had to leave some bags at the front desk after checkout (as I was going to a wedding) and there was no problem. They also allowed me to pick a bottom bunk which was greatly appreciated as I hate top bunks. Give him a raise for A+ service.
The first day one of the other guests got mad at me for unpacking too loudly. It was like 4pm though and I wasn’t even talking. I think I should be able to unpack after checkin.

Location: close to the Mediterranean Sea/Beach/Old Jaffa. Very clean facility, great staff and lovely other tourists.

The location is quite central, which makes it convenient to move around the area and access nearby places easily.
The room had a very strong humidity/mold smell, likely because the space feels like it is in a basement. The cleanliness could also be improved. When I was leaving, we found a tick on one of the beds, which was very unpleasant and concerning.
