Moldy AC Unit upon arrival, no warning, could not accommodate our full length of stay.

We had this trip booked for an anniversary trip (and little did I know, an engagement trip), came in very excited for our vacation at Rosemary Beach! However, the first thing we see when we walk through the door is the AC on the roof leaking into a bucket with moldy walls & the bed "conveniently" pushed away from the AC leak. We had no knowledge this room had this AC issue, we had the assumption that the room would be up to par. The only reason why we rated this "1 star" because the customer service we received from the company of South Walton was exceptional. From our understanding, the owner of this specific room "B375" did NOT notify the company regarding the AC leak in hopes that whatever host was staying the week would not complain over the services. We were, thankfully, rearranged to another room in the "South Walton" building, however the company could NOT accommodate us for the entire stay we originally booked for due to limited last minute availability. Management of South Walton reimbursed us a little more than we expected in efforts for us be able to book at a different facility. The host of this room was no where to be found, no apologies, no accountability. Do NOT stay here. I highly recommend the area as it is walking distance to Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach, trolly for easy beach access, & so on. But, instead, I recommend staying with "Village of South Walton Studio Ground Floor Easy Beach & Pool Access!" on Booking.com who accommodated us on such short notice & were wonderful. Thank you.

Wonderful experience overall! It was a great place for our first family vacation

Perfect location to everything. My 2yr old son loved the pool!

When we first got there we kept having issues with palmetto bugs until they came and sprayed

I would not stay in the unit again. Very worn and outdated.

Great location!

The property was very outdated and dingy. There were scuffs on the walls, couch was dirty and everything seemed old and worn out.

Sehr schlechtes Apartment
