It includes a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen with a wonderful dining area, a bathroom, and the sunroom, as well as an additional bedroom in the summer cottage. The large garden is available for your exclusive use.

Inside the house, you’ll find a spacious living room, a roomy hallway (with a sofa bed), a kitchen featuring a gorgeous dining area with panoramic views of the greenery, a bedroom (double bed) with a walk-in closet, a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a sunroom.
Thanks to a special climate-control and ventilation system, the sunroom maintains a comfortable temperature year-round and can be enjoyed both during cold winters and on hot summer days.
Adjacent to the sunroom is a small, heatable summer cottage. There you’ll find another bedroom with two single beds—a wonderful little adventure spot for children. You’ll also find a sheltered, covered outdoor seating area there.
The large garden is available for your exclusive use. You can park your vehicle in the carport on the property.

Enjoy relaxing moments in nature, far away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. Be sure to visit the Otter Center in Hankensbüttel as well. For hunters, hunting opportunities are available by arrangement in the property’s own hunting grounds.
