About this apartment rental
Our unique apartment on the 4th floor of an apartment building offers a breathtaking view of the Lake Constance landscape. Centrally located yet peaceful, this is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation—whether you’re savoring breakfast at sunrise or a fine bottle of Lake Constance wine in the evening as the sun sets.
Our two-room vacation apartment, “Dachterrasse,” is located on the quiet outskirts of Friedrichshafen in an apartment building. From throughout the apartment and the spacious rooftop terrace, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view across Lake Constance all the way to the Swiss and Austrian Alps. Sun from sunrise to sunset.
Ample parking is available—we also offer an underground parking space for an additional fee—reservation required.
Good bus service (bus stop 50 m away) and within walking distance of the Lake Constance shore (Graf-Zeppelin-Haus, 19 minutes) and the Friedrichshafen beach (13 minutes). It’s a 10-minute drive to the Friedrichshafen Trade Fair and Bodensee Airport Friedrichshafen.
Ideal for MTU employees, as the plant is within walking distance.
It’s a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive to MTU Friedrichshafen GmbH.The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet—the living room has a sleeper sofa that accommodates two additional guests.
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a dishwasher, oven, freezer, and microwave, offers all the amenities for the perfect vacation.
A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet—a bathroom with natural light, including morning sun—though only when the weather is nice.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building, which requires climbing the stairs, but in return, we offer you an underground parking space and bicycle storage.
There is a public playground in the immediate vicinity, which you can see from the rooftop terrace.
