The view is amazing. Room is really nice, spacious and clean. We expected a tiny jacuzzi but got a big pool all to ourselves. Breakfast was perfect too. Staff were super helpful and nice.
The Shower didn’t have hot water

The lies
The hot tub was cold and didn’t work in the first day till around midnight which sometimes happens (also reported from other guests in booking.com reviews). I was told that the problem was something to do with solar heater and they did a reset and also the next day they will send a technician who fixed it. There was also a problem with the hot water in the bathroom which is probably the same thing.. but staff assured me the bathroom water should work and one of them also entered the room and checked that everything worked before we got back to our room in the late evening.
I’ve raised a claim through booking.com just to make it clear in writing and get a faster resolution. Their answer was the reason why I am writing this review. Just diplomatic lies!
“As the hot tubs are situated outdoors, their perceived temperature and the overall bathing experience may be affected by external weather conditions, particularly during the evening and overnight hours.
Furthermore, on the morning following the reported concern, a member of our Maintenance Department visited the guests’ room and inspected the hot tub. The inspection confirmed that the unit was operating normally, with no malfunction identified.”
George already told me the reason why there was no hot water. It happens and not a big deal. Why the lies? Very bad marketing move.
