About this house rental
At the end of a small dirt road, there is a gate that opens onto the Hermitage house..... Very quiet atmosphere, you will be woken up to the sound of birds chirping....
The stone house, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 with two single beds (twin or not) house and pool 100% private
Ideal for large families, family reunions or several couples —— Attention parties for students or ill-behaved young people totally forbidden ——
There are also 2 sofa beds, 1 in the living room and one on the first floor in between.
Two bathrooms with toilet, shower, sink and in 1 there is also a bathtub...
Equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, gas hob.
Outside, you will find a large swimming pool of 10m x 5m not heated but with a pool shelter type cover....
For your information, from May 2023, the water is at 27 / 28°..... 😎😎😎
Two very large terraces, one covered at sunset and one south around the swimming pool.
All on a plot of 11000m2 in the middle of olive trees, oaks and multiple species of plants with Provençal scents.... Thyme, Rosemary, Fennel or Wild Savory in the enclosed garden
To do the shopping, a small Provençal market on Tuesdays in the village, on Saturdays in Callas or Draguignan
All small shops or local services are present (doctors, pharmacy, mini-markets, post office, newsagent, bar, restaurants, organic bakery, butcher's shop......)
Supermarkets 15 minutes away (Draguignan)
The SNCF train station of Les Arcs sur Argens is 20 minutes away
Sainte Maxime or Fréjus are the nearest beaches, it takes about 30 minutes...
St Tropez or the Verdon gorges 45 minutes away...
Nice or Aix en Provence 1 hour 15 minutes away....................
Many possibilities for walks, hikes or mountain biking of all levels nearby.
An absolute calm at the end of the world for a dream holiday
The truffle festival at the end of January in the village of Aups, many activities in the surrounding villages... The medieval villages of Les Arcs sur Argens, the flea markets of Fayence or the visit of Salernes and its terracotta are nearby.
Possibility to participate in the olive picking in November and December in exchange for a reward of fresh olive oil from the Draguignan 😜 mill

Very warm welcome, friendly owner. Beautiful views in the middle of the forest. Very private, lovely cool pool, highly recommended!

Very well equipped House set in a peaceful rural location. There are some great walking/Mountain bike trails from the house through the forest including up to Malmont. Village with shops/market is 2km away. Owners are friendly and easy to contact.

Merci Xavier pour votre accueil chaleureux, votre attention discrete et la délicate attention de bonnes bouteilles bien fraîches dans le frigidaire. Notre séjour été très agréable et nous avons eu la chance de profiter de la piscine chaque jour. Nous avons découvert une très belle region. Nous reviendrons bientôt. Merci
