We found a lovely taxi driver who ferried us everywhere each day and waited for us. We ate in several restaurants and did some good shopping. Moon beach was nice and quite clean. Many Chinese nets were missing but we read that the governement was going to finance their restoration, let's hope they do. We didn't find much to do in Cochin but our lovely hotel room up in the trees overlooking to sea, made up for it. A nice rest after Mumbai.
There is not that much to do in Cochin, best not plan too long a trip.

Comfortable bed and the breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed laying in the hammocks. Room has an ocean view of you climb stairs up to the cliff but the area is dirty with beer cans and old food.
Rooms smelled a little old and musty
