1 star accommodation at best. Would not stay here again.

The pool was ok. Location was convenient but noisy.

Not provided as advertised; No washing machine No microwave Only 2 plastic outside chairs for a family of 4 No drying rack for clothes, next door had one. No Iron & ironing board No cleaning products Fan & light above hob broken Bedside light didn’t work No water for 1.5 days Aircon regularly cut out as connection loose. Surfaces grubby Cupboards hanging off Doors and windows wouldn’t close properly Didn’t provide the basics; No WiFi No bread knife or chopping knives Barely any kitchen utensils No chopping board, had to use a plate! No kitchen scissors No serving bowls No toaster No kettle or coffee machine No washing up liquid No T-towels No basic bathroom toiletries AC only in one room No mirrors in rooms Shower pressure poor, luke warm No recycling bags provided. No towel or linen change or room clean in 5 days. General condition of the apartment was really bad, very dated, grubby and everything falling apart with cupboards hanging off, holes in chairs, lights not working, really uncomfortable beds, not enough pillows, kitchen lacked everything so impossible to cook a proper meal. Pool is not heated. No swimming 1pm - 4pm Strict pool rules, wear a cap, no ball games, no inflatables (even though there was a cupboard with lots of inflatables in), no noise, no diving. Most guests seemed to ignore the rules. Noisy bar/restaurant next door until around 2.30am. Neighbourhood dogs barking until early hours. It was that noisy and really hot in the bedrooms without any air conditioning that we were forced to drag mattresses into the living room to sleep on the floor every night!

Passable

position is quite good , but you need the car if your intention is to go outside Villanova. Owner of the facility very gentle and Available. Pet Friendly :) , bars shops supermarket and restaurant at 1 minute from the apartment.

dirty place, the appartment was not clean, beds not confortable, dilapidated furniture , this should be better cared .

lovely location and clean but doesn’t have all the facilities advertised and the host is unresponsive

air conditioning was advertised and it didn’t work. there should also have been an iron and ironing board but there wasn’t. when I messaged the host she ignored my request. it was distressing because we were supposed to be attending a wedding so wanted to look our best but instead we looked a crumpled mess

the host wouldn’t reply to my messages

Villanova is lovely

The friendliness of the welcoming host and availability for providing me with extra hair dryer and fitting plugs. The place was very clean and tidy and I got a whole apartment. Excellent location, every service at walking distance.

You need to bring with you your toiletries (soap, shower gel) as these are not provided. If you get a room on the street side it could be a bit noisy until midnight. But you can try to get a room on the garden side.
