Stay in the new buidling - Owl room, well renovated with designer toilet. Clean, comfortable, cozy and well equipped. Excellent location to view northern lights.
Will be nice if the room has another piece of black out curtain in the living room area as 1 piece of window panel was not covered for privacy. An option to have a black out blind to cover the small window at the kitchen area. Suggestion for guests who opt for breakfast to go early. 30mins to breakfast closing, a number of items on the breakfast spread are no longer available. It was be nice to provide free Carpark for guest.

the staff were very friendly, and the property was beautiful. The cafe was nice, wish it opened earlier, but I think that's just the Norwegian way.
We had booked a certain property that had a separate bed for each of my teenage children. When we arrived, there were instructions to just get the key from the lockbox marked with the property we're renting - thankfully someone was in office because with no communication they had switched us to a different property. Although the view was spectacular and the finishes were beautiful, we were given a space with only two beds meaning my son and daughter had to either share or when be on the floor - teenageers being what they are, one decided to sleep on the floor. We were told management would be in touch for a partial refund and no such communcication has taken place.
