Way over priced stay that was disappointing on a number of fronts.

The size of the unit was large, with a dining room set up for 10 guests and the lounge area capable of seating at least 12 guests. The kitchen was well equipped and there was 3 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.

Keys in a lockbox is a pain when you check in and out. The pictures show the capacity for hosting 10 people for dinner but you are not allowed any quests. The purpose of our trip was for a funeral and we had wanted to have family (all elderly like we are) over after the service and we were denied. The place was freezing cold with poor seals around the front door and lounge windows. Not safe to walk anywhere and so had to drive all the time. And the price of the unit was double or triple what it was actually worth.

The facility was beautiful but the hospitality staff failed to do their jobs, getting there some things were broken and n

The view from the kitchen and the living room was really nice.

They pretend that they will always be there to assist you with your complaints but you will never see even 1 staff member, the sheets were not clean,we found human hair on the sheets and the pillowcases, there’s no direct line to contact them, you communicate with them on WhatsApp only.
