The staff are truly excellent. I cannot thank them enough for keeping my 'special' car safe and even reserving a great parking space for it while we went out for the day. Every interaction with the team was a joy.
We would have liked a slightly bigger room. Unfortunately we did try a easy access room but the mirror in the bathroom was much to low for my wife (understandably it was designed for a wheelchair user).

Near ESC business school and other Campus, and near the city center (place de Jaude & catedral)
No changing sheet during my 7 days stay. 🙏🙏

Excellent value for money, good breakfast and parking. Very friendly staff. Number of decent restaurants nearby and convenient location for both city centre and getting out to Puy de Dome. Good communication from reception throughout our booking.
Parking spaces were a little small but we'd been warned in advance by reception team.

Walking distance from our arrival place, very helpful on the phone to be assured of directions to get there. Easy walk to old centre.
There was nothing to not like , so much was just perfect .
