It was relatively new, as the surrounding area is still under development. So you shouldn’t have as high expectations as well-developed areas. When I checked-in even the nearest mall was still undergoing expansion. For halal food options, not much variety close-by, unless you come in with personal vehicles to drive out or online food ordering.
Security is pretty tight, which both, a good thing and bad. Good as in only residence and registered guests are able to enter. Bad as in if you have food or parcels ordered from apps, everything is laid out outside the lobby, with only a small round table dedicated for the area. If the table is too full, everything else will be placed on the floor.

The booking agent was responsive, efficient and helpful from the booking period until the check-out period. The accommodation is also very accessible and close to the mall (10 min walk), with several interesting shops nearby. Most importantly, the rooms are also clean and comfortable, with good security due to the control of building access.

There was no breakfast, but it was about a 15min walk to the mall. Apartment was big enough but basic and the toilet was ordinary. Only one pillow was provided per person. The host was responsive and helpful.
The location was not properly provided and we needed to drive 2 rounds to find it. The instructions could not be downloaded somehow and had to be sent by WA later. We were stuck at the car entry because the wrong QR code was given and had to call the host to correct it. At the entry, a lot of registration procedures were required while at the car, holding up traffic behind. Finding the keys were a hassle though minor, and the parking had to be in one particular spot.
