The room was spacious and the roll top bath was lovely. The location was great.
Feels like some really easy things to get this up to a great standard. Things like peeling paint, broken lightbulbs, broken door-shelf in fridge, broken bin in bathroom, dirty toilet brush, temperamental toilet (either a few attempts to flush or it continually flushing and having to try and get it to stop). All very easily remedied that would push the scores right up, so it's doubly disappointing to see these items have been advised in reviews previously and have not been dealt with.

Fantastic rooms with huge bathroom!
Nothing, although people with mobility issues would need to request a room on a low floor

The staff were very accommodating.
You could hear the noise from outside, the room could do with a touch up.

Location was great, bar was enjoyable, bathroom was very spacious and grand. Bay window was great for people watching.
Room needs upgrading, lots of marks on walls, cobwebs on curtains and windows, carpet had numerous stains, toilet cistern worked intermittently. Entrance door had no lighting and the stairway to the rooms smelled of damp.
