The location was perfect, 5 min walk to town. The bath was great, the rooms were spacious. The biscuits and welsh cakes were a lovely suprise. Comfortable bed and sofa, very cosy. Great communication from the owner. Parking spot at the back was great.
We didnt realise the stairs were going to be that steep and with a knee injury i struggled a little having to get up and down the stairs to go to the bathroom during the night.
I know there isnt anything that can be done about the stairs and we had a lovely time , despite the weather and stairs, but just so everyone is aware, anyone with any kind of mobility issues may want to think about booking.

Hare cottage is a great location for Abergavenny town and shops, just a short walk. Parking out the back was great. Very quiet at night. Beds comfortable. Nice clean comfortable place to stay. Has everything you need.
Downstairs toilet but that's not a big problem really.

Beautiful cottage, brilliantly located. Everything was clean and tidy. The back yard was lovely for a coffee and for our little boy to play. Kitchen was well equipped.
