Bad

Parking facilities are not available and there were so many cob webs. There is kettle with ants and some water. I thought most of the equipments are not cleaned and not used for so many months. And Hot water shower was not working properly

If I could give zero, I will give zero to this place

.

I just want to white a big report about this place. First of all, this place is a dog shelter. The dog s*** is everywhere. They keep making the noise all day and night long, so you can't sleep properly. Nobody really care about that. There is the problem with the reception. There is no really much people to receive you when you coming and also if you stay in the dorms, they will not give you a keys. So that's mean at 9:00 p.m. they will close the main gate and nobody here to open for you and you have to sleep outside untill the mornings. It says I have a free breakfast, but when I woke up at 8:30 in the morning, there was nobody and the door was locked, so I couldn't get out from the hostel. So, from 3 nights 2 tines I didn't see breakfast simply because nobody were there to give it to you and I couldn't wait, so, I had breakfast outside. There is no liquid soap anywhere at the area, even they have bottles, but they all empty. I mentioned them it few times, but they don't care. And at the night they turn on AC in the dorm room and it's become very cold because they don't provide any blankets only the simple bed sheet and next morning you wake up and you sick. Dorm room here totally neglected. It is very small, 3 bunk beds squized in small room, so, you don't have space to put your stuff, shower dirty, linen not washed(used) and so on. Beds are not comfy at all, they don't even have proper mattresses. From the things I loved It was the kitchen because I'm cooking my food always. They had pots for cooking, they had frying pans, but they didn't have any single spoon and only one fork. Another moment - you can't drink your own drinks here you will be fined for 10 dollars. They have their bar with expensive drinks. After visiting more than 100 countries and staying in more than 500 hostels worldwide, this is one of the most weird places where I stayed.

One of the worst stays

The location.

The poor breakfast, the attitude of some staff, the dirty room and dirty shared kitchen. When we arrived we only had 1 towel for 2 guests, they said they do not have any more towels for that day. We had to ask a few times to please arrange a towel and then we finally got it. The light in the bathroom did not work and was not fixed for 2 nights of our stay. On the first night of the stay we had no water in the bathroom and it was not fixed till next morning. We could not shower, brush our teeth or use the toilet. And the room was so hot. It was a horrible night with bad sleep. There was no apology for that or some sort of compensation. There is AC in the room but you have to pay additional 15$ to get the remote, so you can use it. On the 2nd night we informed staff about out bathroom light not being fixed and they could not fix it that day, but they did bring a fan to our room so that we did not die of heat.

What a dive!

Leaving this awful "Hotel".

Dog poop in corridor every day. Holes in sheets. Filthy shower stall. Gate padlocked causing risk if fire broke out. Murky, stagnant pool breeding mosquitoes. Staff & friends up til 04.30 this morning making loads of noise. Poor breakfast.
