Overall, we had a good stay at Citadines Vienna. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made our time there very enjoyable.
there were a few drawbacks regarding sleep quality and facilities. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise every time you moved. Additionally, the pillows on all the beds were quite uncomfortable. The gym is also very limited, and one of the machines was out of order during our stay.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was kind enough to prepare both beds for us (including the sofa for the kids)
Not many places to leave your clothes

I liked the code system to access the hotel and the room. The apartment was nice.
I did not like to noisy street in front of the window because of the high amount of cars. The bed lamp did not work. There was a big stain on the sofa.
