Avoid this property: safety hazard and terrible experience

Nothing

I strongly do not recommend this accommodation. Everything started with extremely long messages. Honestly, I have never seen anything like this before, even though I have been using Booking for well over ten years. The messages kept asking me to confirm that I understood everything, copy and paste specific phrases, confirm that I had read the rules, confirm that I understood the kitchen was shared, and so on. It felt excessive and unnecessary. Some of the content was also quite strange. For example, guests were instructed to keep calling for a longer time because the host might be sleeping, or because they manage so many apartments and deal with so many guests that they cannot always answer immediately. There were even comments suggesting that the property was in such high demand that guests should simply keep trying. I found these messages unprofessional and confusing. I sent a message through Booking, but received no response there. Instead, I kept receiving messages asking me to send all answers exclusively through a messenger app. Only after answering all the questions would I receive the check-in information. Seriously? What if I had not replied? Would I not have received the information needed to access the property? To make matters worse, the day before actual arrival I received a message saying that my stay was starting that day. For a moment I thought I had made a mistake with my booking dates. These may seem like small details, but when you are busy and working, this kind of confusion is very distracting. The accommodation was booked for my older son. After check-in, the first problem was the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable that it felt like sleeping on a wooden board. However, the worst part happened during the night. A ceramic panel fell from near the ceiling and landed on the bed right next to my son while he was sleeping. Fortunately, he was not injured, but this could have ended very differently.

scam

check-in 22 check out 8? why?? he let you in the room earlier “for free” if you give hime rating 10, thats why this god forbidden apartment has 8.5. the real price/quality rating is 5, i would rather stay in hostel for 20 euro.

Superb

The apartment is new and modern, clean and I liked the self check-in option as I checked it very late

I would probably wanted to see some basic tea and coffee facility, some desk and a lamp in the room to make it perfect, some info about the possibility to turn up the heating up, I didn't realize it was an option until I was leaving the room and it was cold at night

Minimalizm, czystość powierzchni

Twarda kanapa, uciążliwa ankieta wstępna, stosunek jakości do ceny, mały zniszczony stolik do odłożenia rzeczy, nisko budżetowe wyposażenie, bardzo mało naczyń kuchennych (talerze, sztućce) brudne kubki
