I really appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the room before check-in. Very clean, comfortable bed.
The response time to our issues was immediate, and compassionate.
The facility could be better maintained. We had a few issues, all of which were resolved. The place is a little beat up, curtains falling off the window, hard to close black-out shades. Our shower flooded our bathroom.

Perfect location, 5 minute walk to the historic center and still in quiet neighborhood - Soho with fancy restaurants nearby. Well connected to the bus and metro station. Big, spacious, clean, it has everything you need to feel like home. If you are lucky to have one of the apartments looking to Alameda de Colon you get spectacular views too. It was my third time at the apartments and I will come back again for sure.

The location was excellent and within a short walk to both the Historic Centre and central bus station. I found it easy to apartment get in and out of the apartment using the keyless entry system that other visitors seem to have trouble with; for me it was extremely convenient to have a “contactless” check-in/check-out system. The building felt secure. The management team was generally responsive and offered some recommendations for the local area. The apartment felt spacious and well equipped for my stay.
I don’t feel I got value for money. When I checked in, there was no coffee in my room. When I enquired about this, I was told they were “out of stock”. As such, I had to go to the Carrefour to buy my own. This could have been offered to me as a basic and inexpensive courtesy. Ironically, the coffee machine was not working anyway. The management sent someone round to fix it, at which point they also supplied me with some coffee, but this was the evening prior to me checking out.
The apartment was clean and fairly modern but had seen better days. Some of the doors and door handles were in a state of disrepair. Again, some issues were fixed during my stay, but I feel that the maintenance team should be spotting many of these things between visits. The building was loud at night, mostly due to other guests – I appreciate that this is not the fault of the management team, but being woken up or kept awake at night still made my stay less pleasant than I’d hoped for.
